Some people have vibrant and infectious vibe about them, when they walk into the room, they bring smiles to everyone’s faces. Why do we get a happy feeling when we talk to our friends? Because they care for us and hence we get a positive vibe/energy from them and instantly we feel better!Â

Since I moved to New Zealand from India in 2017, I have helped many people through various volunteering activities. At the Music Moves Me Trust, I supported musical events, monthly markets, garage sales, and fundraising events.

I am always happy to step outside of my comfort zone for my desire to serve others. Patrolling with Community Patrols New Zealand was an eye-opening experience for me. I experienced the numerous struggles that our community faces. I joined Aspire in 2018 as a Disability Advocate, where I formed close meaningful bonds with the people I supported. We continue to share our thoughts over coffee and have lovely lunches.
When you arrive, I’d like to have a conversation with you about what you would like to achieve in the session based on the form you filled out. I will keep your drink ready 🙂
For Reiki seated treatment- You will make yourself comfortable on my special Reiki chair. If you prefer it, I have a soft blanket for you. During your healing session, I will make gentle contact with clothing and release the blocked energy surrounding you. Your body may experience mild warm or cool sensations. These feelings are absolutely normal.Â
During your Mentoring session. We will have a conversation about the areas of your personal or professional life where you need direction or assistance. It could be a new career choice, it might be about establishing work-life balance or career advancement or anything else that would assist you to move closer to your desired goals and better life.
