Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading you to need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment. We value your time and ours and have established the following cancellation policy to ensure the best possible service for all our clients.
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by info@healingwithroohi.com
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered late cancellations. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show.
- Late Cancellations: A late cancellation will be subject to a fee. This fee helps us cover some of the costs associated with the reserved time slot.
- No-Shows: In the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full session fee. No-shows not only affect our schedules but also prevent other clients from receiving timely care.
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will take those situations into consideration. If you’re facing a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll work together to find a suitable solution.
- Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment and provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative appointment time that works for both you and your therapist.
- Repeated Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations and no-shows may result in limitations on your ability to schedule future appointments. We want to provide fair access to our services for all clients, and this policy helps us ensure that appointments are available to those who need them.
