Reiki
Reiki is a gentle care plan that can be combined with any conventional and natural therapy. It does not affect any medical treatment.
No Reiki is not a massage. You will relax on the chair, and I will gently place my hands above your energy centers like shoulders, forehead and back of the hand.
At the beginning we will have a brief talk and you can enjoy your drink or you can have it after your session then I will work on each energy center in your (upper) body which will be for 21 minutes in total so total duration of session will be around One hour (60 minutes)
You do not need to meditate; you just have to relax on a comfy chair and enjoy your healing session.
We will have a talk before the Reiki healing session, and we can talk after the session. Generally during the session you will experience a feeling of calmness and relaxation.
Every person responds differently to Reiki healing, most people feel calm, relaxed and at peace after the first session. It is recommended to have a few sessions and I encourage clients to adopt ways to keep their stress levels in check and follow a healthy lifestyle to gain even more benefits from Reiki healing.
Yes, Reiki is safe for each and everyone.
You can book a Reiki Healing session as often as you like as it is totally harmless, it will keep you calm and peaceful. So whenever you feel you need a balance in your life on an emotional/mental or spiritual level you can book a Reiki Healing session.
Life Coaching and mentoring
A life coach or a mentor is someone who can help individuals in different areas of their life through their experience and knowledge.
Anyone who feels they need some guidance in life to achieve either personal or professional goals can reach out to a life coach or a mentor.
A life coach is a person who can assist you in realizing your full potential, you need to be open, honest and trusting so that your life coach could understand you and your needs and assist you in the areas where you need support.
While both life coaching and therapy are concerned with enhancing a person's wellbeing, there are some key distinctions between the two. To provide mental health care treatment, therapists must meet certain educational and licensing requirements.
However, the emphasis of life coaching or mentoring is on both professional and personal growth. A life Coach or Mentor will assist their clients in creating and using the appropriate tools to achieve their goals.
No, there will be no medication. However, you can discuss healthy lifestyle changes and get support in adopting healthy eating habits.
The session will last for 60 minutes.
Whenever you feel like you need support and direction to achieve your goals, overcome undesirable patterns, or make certain important choices in life.
